ABOUT US

Century West Development Corporation (CWDC) identifies and secures potential development sites. A plan for development is conceived, the concept is further developed, financing is obtained, a project plan is finalized and project construction is undertaken.

Design and construction resource requirements are secured from either in-house or outsourcing as appropriate. The on-going sales, leasing and construction is managed entirely by CWDC. Upon completion we also offer comprehensive property management services.

Our in-house resources include a Real Estate Professional, a Development Manager and a Professional Engineer.
