John Aston, A.Sc.T., DULE - Development Manager

John Aston acts as Development Manager for Century West Development Corporation.

In this position John is  responsible for developing site layouts to suit potential development opportunities. This includes site and servicing analysis, acting as the liaison with Municipal authorities, confirmation of zoning compliance and obtaining discretionary use approvals or re-zoning as required.

John develops complete project pro-forma budgets to review project feasibility and obtain project financing.

John has over 15 years experience as an Architectural Technologist after completion of the SIAST Architectural Engineering Technology program.

John has also completed the Diploma in Urban Land Economics program through UBC, with a specialization in Real Estate Development. The Diploma in Urban Land Economics course covers a broad range of development topics from feasibility analysis to financing to municipal review processes and gives John a strong base in these areas.

John is also a licensed commercial real estate salesperson in the province of Saskatchewan.
