Francis Bast has 35 years experience in finance, real estate sales and real estate development.

Canada achieving an award for being in the top 21 agents in the Century 21 system in Canada. In 1985 he became the principal owner of the Century 21 franchise growing it throughout the province to the largest real estate firm in Saskatchewan and the number one Century 21 franchise in Canada. During this period he also established the provinces largest mortgage brokerage operation. In January 2004 his real-estate and mortgage company were sold to a financial company in which Francis became Executive Vice President in charge of all retail delivery and integration of their business lines.

Throughout his career Francis has been very active in both condominium and commercial development and now commits his time to Century West Development Corporation. As director, his key responsibilities include purchasing land, raising investment funds, financing and managing the leasing sales of the properties, and real estate broker.

Francis's success in the industry is not limited to his knowledge and keen interest of the market but also his ability and experience in negotiating contracts. Developers and investors often seek him out when planning new ventures.
